The Proposed single-family dwelling was designed in a U shape configuration, having a central courtyard as the main feature and hub of the house. Furthermore, the courtyard enriched the composition of the house and its functionality. The design goal was to have a product with clean and rigid geometry characteristic of modern style, but also to include movement that follow the elements in the overall composition; these are reflected on the roof and facades. Lastly, water element was included to evoke calmness through its dynamic and fluid nature, unifying nature and the building.
