Job: Project Manager (Sherman Oaks, CA)

Design firm seeking experienced Project Manager. Ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge
and experience in the processing of building permits. Must be proficient with AutoCAD and able to
read and coordinate architectural, structural and civil plans. Individual applying must be a quick
learner and work well under pressure.

Job: Drafter (Sherman Oaks, CA)

We are a design firm specializing in Residential & Commercial design, located in Sherman Oaks.
We are currently looking for an experienced Draftsman. The ideal candidate is well-versed in
AutoCAD with experience in drafting plans, sections, elevations, details, etc. Ability to read and
comprehend architectural and structural drawings is a must. Knowledge of local residential and
commercial building codes and ability to use SketchUp is a plus.
Requirements:
– Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. NO EXCEPTIONS.
– Ability to read and understand both residential and commercial architectural and structural
plans
– Computer savvy (Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, etc.)
– Must be able to multitask, meet changing deadlines and work well under pressure
– Must be punctual and a quick learner
– Knowledge of local building codes is a plus

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience.

Job: Architectural Design Assistant

We are currently looking for an Architectural Design Assistant for a design firm in Sherman
Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate MUST have strong graphic and visualization skills to
communicate design ideas, and have experience and knowledge on how to create 3D
Model/Renderings. Individual must be creative, quick learner, highly organized and work well
under pressure. The Architectural Design Assistant will collaborate directly with principal
designer to drive client’s projects from concept through construction.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Organized, creative, collaborative, and independent
– Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
– Experience with Autocad and SketchUp is a must
– Experience with, and passion for utilizing digital design tools such as Vray, Lumion, 3d max
and Rhino.
– Must have knowledge of local zoning codes
– Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual and detail oriented
– Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
